Organisational Values and Firm Effectiveness: Intervening Role of Strategic Human Resource Management

The study aimed to investigate the effect of organisational values on firms’ effectiveness using strategic human resource management (SHRM) as a mediating variable. design for was descriptive, and approach quantitative. A questionnaire administered solicit data from 344 participants. Descriptive statistics, correlation multiple regression analysis, were done ascertain averages, relationships effects independent variable (organisational values) dependent (firm effectiveness). revealed corporate values' positive significant firm effectiveness. Besides, practices mediate relationship between firm's implication is that leaders who prioritise win employees' trust, enthusiasm commitment can manage them strategically achieve interplay values, management, in single study, especially Ghana institutions higher learning context, makes this unique. most studies firm’s have been explorative carried out primarily developed economies.
